Defendant, the underage driver of a car in Fairfax Virginia, appealed from the judgment of the Circuit Court in Virginia, which approved his jury trial convictions of improper driving in violation of Va. Code Ann. § 46.2-869 and minor in possession (MIP) in violation of Va. Code Ann. § 4.1-305.
